What we will do together can be broken into three stages:

  • Assessment: Where are you, where do you want to go, and what are your individual needs? If you are unsure, I have assessment tools that will enable you to look at yourself in a new light as well as the skills you want to use and how are they transferable.
  • Direction: What kind of risk taker are you? How much time and effort are you willing to invest in this venture?
  • Goal setting: Where do you want to go, and how can you best put a plan into action?

My decades of experience make me an intelligent, honest, compassionate, and sophisticated sounding board, fellow traveler, and leader.

If you’re not sure what you want to do, I have several assessment tools that will awaken that awareness that has been lying dormant, either due to:

  • Lack of knowledge as to how your skills are transferable
  • Doing the same thing for years
  • Lack of self-confidence
  • Fear of change



Mid-Career Redirection

Tired of doing the same thing? Want a change? Not sure what to do? Well, you’ve come to the right place, since I’ve been working with people doing exactly that for over 30 years. Through a series of assessment tools, we’ll look at your values and interests and see how your skills are transferable toward those interests. Of course, we must look at some realities as well. Occasionally (but not always) it will take time to get to that ultimate goal, due to needing additional education or adding to your skill set. Each person and situation is unique.



Goal Setting and Followup

Setting goals and following up, especially when seeking a new/different career or position, takes time and effort. If you’re anything like me, your tendency is towards avoidance and/or procrastination. However, when I work with MY coach to set up a realistic goal, the job gets done. (Case in point: I created this website!)



Retire or Rewire

You can’t turn back the clock, but you can wind it up again. What questions are you  considering for the next chapter of your life? Continue working? If so, at what? Stop working? If so, how will you spend your time? If you are considering retiring in the near or far, now is the time to look at the innovative possibilities.

An encore career is for people 50 or over who have retired or plan to retire yet want or need to work, want to do something different and meaningful, or want to make a difference in a very special way. We will use specific assessments to aid you in discovering where your passion is at this time of your life.



Post-Career Assessment

We are all living longer and healthier, so how will you spend your time? Not everyone wants to work, even part time or flex hours, but you can still lead a productive and exciting life doing things you haven’t even begun to discover. By assessing your interests, we will work toward your goals so that you’ll find you don’t have enough time in your day to fulfill your desires.
